FNB are *******!!! Passion for money and no passion for clients.
I recently transferred money between my accounts and swapped the 2 accounts with each other, so instead of selling my euro's, I bought the amount of euro's I wanted to sell!! I contacted FNB and explained the dilemma I am in and they merely rep**** that they cant reverse the transaction and I just have to sell the euro's back to them, which sounds straight forward but if I sell the euro's back I receive R 0.64 less per euro and thus stand to lose a minimum of R3800!!!! that is my son's school fees for 2 months!! that is more than my monthly car repayment including a months insurance!! If I did not have a overdraft with FNB they would just say " sorry insufficient funds". FNB is suppose to be the best at service, yes they are, BUT, when you need a human that understands we all make mistakes, forget it, especially if they are making a profit!!!!
