FNB are *******. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM
FNB are a den of ******s. They refuse to close my cheque account. My balance is on zero and I owe nothing on it now they are saying my loan account is linked to my cheque account. What does my load have to do with my Cheque account? I have done my part and paid what I owed on my account why will they not close it. This is holding my account hostage for more fees. Ontop of they high fees they dont want to cancel my debit orders either. All of this together is causing my monthly fees to go unaffordable high and no that it is paid up I expect my account to be closed.

30 May 2020, 11:19I have reported FNB to the NCR and to the Ombudsman of banking. You have point blank refused to cancel debit order for over a year and a half and keep on charging me. You now owe me all those unpaid debit orders fees you charged me **********ly . After I wanted to resolve it and stop my accounting accumulating more charges you refuse to close it. This is a matter for court and a judge must decide if what you are doing is legal. This is theft and *****. Close this account and pay me back all those charges and interest.
