FNB ARE *******. CANNOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BANK

I'm on the line with FNB as I'm writing this review.

I am disgusted in the level of service i'm currently receiving.

I did a withdrawal at PnP on the 24/12/2018.

The response I received was "void' but the money went off from my account.

I emailed FNB to assist and I was advised by Christina Mtshali that I need to go back to PnP as the money was already banked with them.

Yesterday I went back to PnP for exactly that. They reversed the money back into my account as I was sitting there and I got confirmation via SMS as well that the funds has been reversed and 'now available' in my account. However when I tried to withdraw the money it was not available in my account to withdraw. Same thing happened last week when I transferred money from my pocket savings to my cheque account.

I emailed FNB again this morning to assist regarding this matter and I got a call from Christina. I unfortunately missed her call and got an email response to say the query has been resolved without even speaking to me.

I had to email her back again to call me as I did NOT get any assistance regarding my query.

She called me back with a 'no ****s given' attitude. And that just ****ed me off even more.

I asked to speak to someone else and was told 'there's no managers'. After waiting on the line for 15 mins I got to speak to Tarryn Veltman. Who was very understanding but also couldn't assist me and advised that she cant confirm that 'MY MONEY' will be made available to me.

This bank CANNOT be trusted. They take your money and when you query it they cant do anything about it.

The money is still not available to me and there's still nothing they can do about it.

POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!
