Fnb are ******* and *****

I can't anymore with FNB. I've literally lost everything due to covid and they still trying to squeeze money out of me. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and they have made a huge ton of money out of me.

I qualified for the policy That pays out my personal loan for 6 months yet they still try debit my account for the loan and keep making excuses like 'the loan department was not aware you policy was approved' what nonsense is that?

This covid loan thing they assisted with is hogwash as first of all my personal loan didn't even budge or go down at all and now they trying to deduct my account for that loan too knowing I don't have any money going into my account. If I had a policy why didn't they use that in the first place? Why first try squueze more money out of me by giving me a loan on top of a loan? Surely this is bad lending? Surely this is a way to make more money *****ly.

Fnb keeps saying this one doesn't know what this one is doing. Then I was told that I won't be charged penalty fees if they try deduct my loan but I AM BEING charged penalty fees. I have all the correspondence on email. You guys are a bunch of *****.

I'm going to the banking ombudsman and I'm going to show all the email correspondence and how you guys are disgusting ******* trying to take advantage of desperate people in a bad situation.

I'm done. No more Mrs nice girl. FNB will see a very bad side of me!!
