FNB ARE ******* AND ARE LAZY!!!

FNB ARE ******* AND LAZY!!! A considerable amount of money was debited from my account from people who had absolutely no permission to do so. I requested FNB to reverse the money and then block the debit. I have now closed my account but FNB refuses to reverse my money. They've put me in a stressful situation now. I have a family member whom had the same issue but with a different bank and their money was reversed immediately so I seriously fail to understand FNB refuses to give my money back.
