I am BEYOND upset. Last week I got debited for the entire amount outstanding for a loan which I accepted but to my surprise I wake up this morning to see that I after my loan showed a 0 balance I got DOUBLE DEBITED for a total of just under R1200 in total for the loan that was paid off the previous week. Then spent 30 minutes on hold trying to sort it out. I am absolutely DISGUSTED!!!!
