FNB are *******

I noticed that FNB charged me an honour fee twice this month, second month in a row. Apparently this fee is what they will charge me for allowing a transaction to go thru where there is not sufficient funds. Why in the hell would I willing buy something knowing i dont have enough funds. After a recon was done, it was found that I should never have been charged this additional fee of R100. I called on 14/09 was told it will be resolved by 16/09 it is now 18/09 and still nothing. I've called them everyday since and not one person could help me (best rethink your slogan there FNB) and was told that no team leader can help me because they are in a three hour meeting and the people on the floor cannot help me without a team leader. Best you shut down the call centre for three hours then and stop wasting my time and energy. Pls resolve this immediately, I am rather annoyed at the lack of help and the very apparent theft committed by FNB. It takes 2 seconds to take money from me, but days to give it back. I logged a complaint on FNB, by reference number 2W053SHP.
