My name is Pride Mathonsi. I have a home finance bond account with fnb, l made a payment to fnb of R 2600.00. I send David Ntsiyene the proof of payment on 12.04.2021.Today is the 22 and yet the payment is not updated yet. I have been calling their call centre everyday and no one seems to care. I spoke to Regina who failed to give me their complaints department number and failed to call the team leader for me. I was told that Boitumelo Agnes Tswene who is suppose to be a team leader will call me. I guess there are no team leaders at fnb. Fnb is quick to send you threats but when you need their service they ignore you. This not the first time fnb dissapoints me. I had arrears on this account of which I cleared 5 years ago and suddenly the arrears appear again.Yet I asked different agents about my instalments. Fnb are *******.
