FNB ARE *******!!!
Years ago I had a credit card which was eventually handed over to collections department as I was retrenched in 2009. Telephonically we came to an agreement for me to pay a monthly fee of R250.00 per month which came off automatically as soon as my salary was deposited.
In February this year I was retrenched once again and therefore sat without a job for 6 months. I persevered with UIF for 6 months to get my benefits and they came through last week. This morning FNB deducted R10,610.00 from my account for card division. No one ever verified this with me! I never gave permission. I was going to pay the amount owing for the months not paid! If someone from Card Division does not phone me by tomorrow morning, I will be going to SAPS to lay a charge of theft!!! This is ******** and theft.
