FNB are *****'s

I have taken a laptop with their online service. The deal included the device with 500mg on a mini router. They have since deducted over a R1000 including the regular installment. When i inquired the agent gave me 3 reasons as to why they have deducted this money:

1) Its an uncapped line therefore my neighbors could have used the data. 2) I have requested out of bundle rates. 3) The deal included out of bundle rates.

These were possible reasons with no solution to my problem, so i can conclude that they have no idea how these services work or the agent who assisted me was or is just really ***********.

I escalated this to their manager Ayanda. Ayanda called me as if i was an inconvenience to her, hardly gave me any space to speak or explain. She was rude and totally out of line with her tone and the manner in which she spoke to me.

The data plan was fixed to 500mg, there was no out of data bundles requested since i have uncapped wifi at home, and no my neighbors cannot access any of my devices without my password. Its been really disappointing dealing with FNB.

I have no idea if this money will be reimbursed to me, and cant help wondering how long they have been ripping people off.

I would advise everyone not to use their online services, since there's no walk in office that can assist you they will continue to rip people of their hard earned money.
