FNB are theives

An extra installment was added onto my personal loan balance on the month end of June. When I queried it on the first of July I have been sent from pillar to post. I am told my query has been escalated but with no resolve. What’s more frustrating is that the interest will be calculated based on this *****ulent balance.

First they rig the rand now they are rigging my interest rate as well as my balance.
