FNB ARE THEIFS DONT TRUST THEM

Been with FNB for over 20 years , but from 2 years back been having endless issues with them, 2 months ago I went to a FNB ATM, I just got paid so needed to buy some stuff for me and my family, it was around 17.30 as I just finished worked , at the ATM my card got swallowed and the shops was closing, I didn't know what to do as I had no one to help.me.so I was forced to borrow money which was an INCONVENIENCE to me, the next day i went to a FNB Branch explaining what happened which is an INCONVENIENCE t me and their response was that they needed t0 order a new card because my card that got swallowed FOR NO REASON, was now blocked, I was told I even had pay a fee of R180 , I them tried explaining that FNB FORCEFULLY STOLE MY CARD AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY R180 FOR SOMETHING THAT FNB STOLE FROM ME WHICH.MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. so eventually I paid it even though FNB STOLE MY CARD AND I HAD TO PAY TO GET IT BACK FROM THEM, so a couple days later a refund was done to.the card that was now blocked and the refund amount is R4320 which is a whole lot of money t0 me and my family,Which I'm still battling to recover without FNB help ...FNB TREAT US LIKE **** AS LONG AS THEY GET RICH WHY WORRY ABOUT THE POOR PEOPLE AND HOW THEY MAKE US SUFFER, I SWITCHED TO.CAPTTEC NOW JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY HORRIFIC AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ALL, WILL NOT RECOMMEND FNB TO ANYONE OVER 20 YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THEM.TO GET KICKED IN THE ASS AT THE END
