Fnb are the worst Insurance bokers

Fnb insurance brokers are the worst with their lack of service/reply. I have been a client for over 2 years and my 1st unfortunate incident last week where our car got broken into..Its a week later and they still havent done anything to help my claim or even bother reply/return my calls or emails. From consultants straight through to their supervisors. No one will acknowledge you. Also...the little response I do get is that some of the items that I am insured for they dispute saying I am not..this is while I send them screenshots of my policy that clearly states I am insured and then they just dont reply to me or take my calls.
