FNB are *****sters and theives!!! Trying to ***** money from bankers

So FNB ***** department is really taking me to the pits.

The level of disrespect, unprofessionalism, emotional abuse, and trauma I am having to endure from these people is truly appalling. From their ***** Analysts (Sophy Mothiba, Sithembiso Mhlambi), their ***** team leaders (Samantha Malgas), their complaints department as well as the useless Private Wealth Personal Banker (Lebohang Mokoena). I am being treated like a ********. They are providing me with incorrect information, mind you information that I have to beg and fight to get from them. No one bothers to call me and give me a proper update on the ****en investigation. I was told my relationship with the bank was terminated on the 23rd of January 2025 and they would pay my money that is left in the account into another account no later than Friday, 7th February 2025. Yesterday (4th February 2025) I am told that there is a new investigation and my money has been held back for for this investigation. Who terminates a relationship and then wakes up 3 days before they are supposed to pay me back my money and decides to go back and open new cases?

This is truly unacceptable. I am not able to speak with anyone because they are continuously hiding behind emails/laptops. I refuse to have to beg such an *********** bunch of "workers" to access my own hard-earned money! If I was really doing any *****ulent activities would I be stupid enough to make use of my account that has ALL my personal information???

If my money is not released by the close of business on Friday, 7th February 2025, I will be forced to take drastic, unpleasant measures!!!
