FNB has a tendency of adding false bank charges to a person account.

I called to question them they promised to reverse the **** bank charges. I was assisted by Samkelo who dropped the call when I asked for his surname.

Yes he was polite with his service how ever dropping the call on me is unacceptable and unprofessional.
