FNB are *****ing from my home loan account

I asked for a quotation for 'further lending' to increase the amount in my FNB bond account. The quote went well, the service from the consultant was good.<br> <br> I decided NOT to go with the quotation, but to my shock Fnb began to increase the instalments on my account by 13 percent per month! (by the way I never received any additional money from Fnb yet Im paying more each month).<br> <br> I called, emailed, complained, but they are still *****ing 13 percent more than the agreed monthly instalment amount in my bond contract. <br> <br> The consultant, Themba Khambule, who was once willing to call me 3 times a day when there was commission to be made has now been ignoring me for over a month since I reported the problem.<br> <br> I'm shocked and disappointed by Fnb. When you take additional money out of someone's account by debit order without a signed agreement you are bordering on ***** at a very serious level. <br> <br> As a resolution I expect, in the very least, a refund for the extra amounts taken out of my account the past couple of months plus interest plus compensation for the burden that this has been. If you cannot provide this in the next 48 hours I will be reporting FNB to the financial ombudsman
