FNB are *****ing from my dead fathers account.

Deceased Estate Department / FICA - No response to emails - withholding vast amount of our late father's money for unknown reason.

My father passed away in January 2017. We have since been trying for now ALMOST TWO years to close his account at FNB and distribute the funds to his three children who are all named beneficiaries of his estate.

This is absolutely disgusting. We have not been able to close off his estate due to this. I myself am the named Power of Attorney over the account but have a legal Representative carrying out the process on my behalf.

I want answers. Why is this not closed? Why are you not responding to my lawyer's emails? Why are you withholding fund that do not belong to you?

Failing a response by you I will now take this to higher authorities.
