FNB are ********!

I live abroad and use my FNB online account often. I have always had access to my online banking. Then one month ago it got blocked with a message stating that I had to activate my bank card at an atm. I rang their international number to be told that I had to scan my passport and send it to a validation address. I did this and they said they'd respond in 24 hours time. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing. In that time my dad in South Africa has tried everything to get them to help (including going into the bank as stated on the message that comes up on my internet banking) and literally no one can help us.

What the heck. Have I been hacked? Do I have any money left in that account? Why is no one helping and just shuffling me along from pillar to post?

Beyond furious to be denied access to MY account and am shocked at the unprofessionalism of FNB!

Thankyou. You can understand how I'm not feeling comforted by the assurance that FNB will contact me shortly. Those words normally result in absolutely nothing. So hard to trust a bank that is so s****ed at ghosting it's clients!
