FNB are *****s and useless !!!! 5 months struggling with the same sht!

THIS is my 2nd complaint against your useless Busi Ngwenya. Last month she did not do het Job, This month I am logging my 7th complaints against FNB for NOT changing my bank debit order on account ***** !!! I have completed the same debit order request to change the account 5 TIMES!!! again this month this **** is still not resolved and the debit order did not go off !! YOUR CONSULTANT Busi as I am complaining again against this useless consultant confirmed last month on MAIL that this was changed. Here she has the audacity to call me and say it was still not changed !! how many ***ing times do I have to complain about the SAME ***ing account to be sorted !!! I want to close my damn account with FNB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET a MANAGER TO CALL ME !!! and sort this **** out!
