Fnb are rouges very bad customer service

I need a zero star for fnb Very disappointed with there behavior they just took out R1200 from my acc with no valid reason. With this lockdown and not even getting paid I'm raking up for my debit orders and these guys thinks it's free money and just rob customers. This is not ethical.
