Fnb are robbing me

I Mrs B P Shaka, am very disappointed with service provided by Fnb regarding my personal loan repayment. They have handed me over to Blake and associate attorneys from 2015 till 2019 and I have been paying R 500 a month towards this account. This year another lawyer for Fnb called me to pay 500 but Fnb never notified me that they are changing to new lawyers.... On consulting with Fnb it was brought to my knowledge that Blake and associate attorneys never payed Fnb.

It seems as if I am being ****** by a bank which many have warned me about and now my repayment had doubles which means some sort of *******ion is occurring. I deserve answers concerning this matter.
