FNB are ripping me off with crazy fees

Hi FNB I have been a loyal client for the past 20 years and have never complained I have everything for chq Acc, credit card personal loan overdraft everything pay a fortune in fees... Life took a a bit of a downward turn for me in the last 2 years I lost my job and was unemployed. I could easily have just opened an account at another bank and had my money go there and just paid my bond and let you guys hang for your other monies but NO I did not...

I have been hanging in there paying excessive fees for unpaid different bank charges and evenot had to put up with my overdraft being reduced monthly all of this I have done without complaint, recently I sought some advice from a friend that used to be a pvt banker and he explained there are many ways which my banker can help me and I realise I have never got any assistance or help in anyway from my banker at FNB. Apparently it would be in his power to have stopped the reduction on my overdraft for a bit to try help... he could have unpaid some of my fees to try help he could have even helped by downgrading my account from pvt wealth to a gold account so I can save some fees from over 550 pm to 149 pm none of this was ever done for me. My friend was also a pvt banker at FNB and he said he is at Nedbank now and this is so how his clients are treated especially if they are in trouble yet after 20 years what on earth has FNB done for me.... today I emailed my banker to please downgrade my account to gold so I can save and he said No because I have an outstanding amount after paying 3500 towards bank fees this month already... I really feel How Can We Help You... is false advertising and feel disgusted that I have never been assisted in my time of need after 20 years of being a client I am being punished by my bank for staying loyal paying my dues and trying to get back on my feet...

I would like a high level banker not my pvt banker (Dane Moodley) have a look at my account and suggest how they can actually help me.
