FNB ARE REAL CHEATS. WHO OWNS FNB?

On the 26th November and 28th there were two debits for R3527 that went off on my account. I was sick and couldn't go to the bank. I got tested few days from there and I tested positive for Corona virus. I stayed on quarantine but couldn't get better. I was taken to several doctors and miraculously in January the 8th I could get out of bed with no ones help to the bathroom. The following week I approached the bank. I was told there is nothing they can do as thirty days has lapsed. I tried to explain to them why I couldn't come quicker I even had my test results with me and asked them to call all the doctors I was taken to but they refused. This is happening for the second time now. FNB is a real cheat with poor service. The government regulated that when you get sick you should stay home for 14 days. My case was different, I wasnt healed in that 14 days, so is my sister who also tested on the 13th Dec but still is in hospital on oxygen. Our immune systems are not the same. I am not completely healed as well, i even went to see the Dr again last week for shortness of breath and dizziness. How can a well developed, well recognized institution like FNB not to have provisions like these? I've lost R10 000 already since a year before last with FNB and I'm planning to look for an institution which will not be devilish like this one. On one occassion R3000 was withdrawn from my account even though I had not put in my pin code and the bank was so aggressive when I demanded answers and they took me to their camera room saying an unknown guy took my money but didn't show from their screen. R3527 + R3527 + R3000 is more than R10 000.

Please, whoever's gets this, I want my hard earned cash. I'm still not well and my medical aid doesn't cater for the Covid19 supplements and I must always have them. They are expensive. Please bring back my money, I am down on my knees. ***** from somebody else who is not dying. I would love to know who owns this institution. The board of directors. I think we are being ********** ungodlessly, or FNB is for the rich and whites, I think.
