FNB are Pathetic!!!!!

<p>i Have an Fnb current account and there are about R50 000 going threw the account every Month. On the 27 th of desember i drove to Polokwane and all went well with my Garage card. On the 4 th of January some off that tollgates only went off so there wasn't enough money for all the tollgates. Fnb sent me notification so i transfered R4000 over to the account for that R100 that is short on the account. they then charged me R1550 for fees because off the R100 so i phoned them and told them i secificly asked that my account can't go into a minus. two days later they paid back half of the R1550 that i also think is unfais as i said my account must not go into overdraft. the next day they took R310 again from that money. How Pathetic is Fnb to think that i won't see what is going on in my account NO wonder everyone is changing to Capitec. So i dicided that Fnb is by far the worst bank and i will not advise anyone to move or open a acount with FNB my bank charges are over R500 every month they are Pathetic!!!!!</p>
