FNB ARE NOW FAILING CUSTOMERS!!
This is the second review I am writing THIS WEEK for the same thing! Now FNB Personal loans have deducted my account for the fourth time (29th Jan, 30th Jan, 31st Jan, and now 9th Feb 2018) - one installment, four deductions, same month, different dates ...
Is FNB failing in terms of capability with its customer database? Is the growing number of FNB customers threatening the quality of service? And the accuracy of information management? Must I, as a Personal Banker, start looking elsewhere to FNB's competitors? WIll this 'conduct' get worse or get better?
I am left but without an option to conclude that FNB is failing to deliver to the standard the basic fundamentals of Personal banking and peace of mind in terms of being a credit provider.
Today at the Branch, I called Personal Banking Department - and spoke to Anele Jali, who was literally not of any assistance as he told me that HE CANNOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY (No escalation, No investigation, No logging of the incident, etc). He said - I need to call again, and/ I need to wait 24 hours because they don't know why my account was debited today by Personal loans, wara-wara-wara ... Like seriously?!
All I am saying is - Today is the 9th February 2018; WHY would FNB want to debit my account of R3300.09 for the FOURTH time?
Please do a reversal now, I need to use my money.
Thanks in advance!
