FNB are not what they used to be !

I have changed my address on my FNB App many, many months ago. I have sent numerous emails for FICA with my new details on. I have had long conversations with FNB on my cell phone confirming all my details.

Yet I still receive ALL my statements with my old address on !!! Must I invite the manager of my local branch around for tea so they can physically see where I live, because I can’t think of what else to do ?
