FNB are not the bank they propose to be
I have recently experienced the worst service ever from FNB. I lost my wallet whilst overseas. I called to cancel my cards and to request Emergency cash to see me through Saturday only as I was flying back on Sunday. FNB left me high and dry without getting back to me knowing that I had a limited window to draw money from Western Union. Visa International contacted FNB to request authorization. FNB did not respond. It is now Wednesday at 4.30pm and I still have not access to cash as they have not issued me even with a temporary card. I cannot even transfer into E-wallet from my accounts as it is stating account on hold r insufficient funds. Meanwhile my credit card account are all in positive balance - so in effect it is MY money I am requesting not the banks money.I
