Fnb are modern day *******

I took out a temp loan in December and ran Into an Emergency and was offered a personal loan by fnb. I reluctantly accepted the personal Loan after calling in to find out if the email deposit would affect my temp. Loan. I was assured that both loans are fnb products so they would not effect each other. To my horror fnb paid the money into my account and immediately decuted it as a portion of the temp loan. Thus extending my debt with absolutely no benefit to me. That's ******** clients. I am so disgusted with the services rendered, the lack of empathy towards clients and the nonchalant attitude fnb displays. It's no wonder why people change banks without paying of their debts.

I too will move my salary to another bank with immediate effect.

FNB should train all staff on their terms and conditions so clients are advised correctly before putting themselves into more debt.

How utterly disappointed fnb.

Thank you for your email.

Please be informed that the reversal is unfortunately not possible. Any deposits made into the FNB transactional account from the day after taking up the loan may be allocated towards the payment of the loan.

I am still awaiting feedback. I received a missed call. I've tried calling back. Apparently the line has been closed early. Frustrating to say the least
