FNB are ***** & full of FALSE PROMISES!!!

I am so tired I am even lazy to type my entire complaint. Please can someone advise me about me reference which I logged at the RB Jacobs email the ref was: 748258.<br> I had another reference with another team manager on: RF*** she promised to call me yesterday.<br> needless to say I called them today to ask why I didn't get a call back and I was rudely told by Nonkululeko on *** that it doesn't matter that they didn't get me yesterday. they called me and I didn't answer. I have PROFOUNDLY NOTED ALL MY CONTACT NUMBERS AND MY PHONE DID NOT RING.<br> Nonkululeko just told me that it does not matter if they didn't get a hold of me, they have refunded me and that's all.<br> She doesn't even comprehend what the query is.<br> <br> This is the stuff that leads people to do billboards to be understood.<br> <br> IF YOU WANT TO CAL ME PLEASE CALL ME ON: ***<br> MY *** IS OFF DURING THE DAY
