Fnb are *****
Someone call me from FNB regarding the promotion and said if I switch my account I get a R1000 I did the switch and qualified for the gold account but I didn't receive anything and when you call the FNB their all don't know about it and keep transferring you from one person to another like their all don't understand English such poor service from such a high level bank.

19 Dec 2019, 14:21Thank you for this feedback I will wait for the your response cause I'm tired of calling and wasting 20 mins on a call my this is all unfair to me as a client I've just had my tonsils surgery removed and it's very hard for to talk but I've been so emotional and you guys are just Been very rude to me instead of helping.
