FNB are *****

Never have I been more disgusted in my life , I am STILL waiting for my credit card to be closed! I had a cc limit of R1500 which was over so I had R1535.25 which I was told when the credit card is closed will go back into my cheque acc. No now they've sent me and sms saying I owe still R48! They charged me for nothing.i inquired they said its how the closing process goes and it will all be adjusted once closed. NOW I get send a statement to pay in.Fnb is the biggest bunch of ******! And I dont want Fnb to reply privately I want them to explain Why my cc hasn't been closed and its now the 6th of December. And I want to know how the hell they can offer credit cards when they refused to close them whe you pay up and request it.They say it takes 10 days to close .....why??? Why if it takes 3 seconds to up your credit card limit??? I refuse to pay any charges on my card from the date I signed that closure form....FnB doesny help anyone besides themselves! Disgusted and still waiting for my card to be closed
