I have lodged more than 5 complaints against fnb in the last 15 days and still no feedback from fnb my complaint were referred to cwebile makhaya at fnb queebsburgh but she herself did nothing fnb has placed a hard hold on my account with out following protocol 2 months ago and nobody can rectify this to date is this platform here to help or what I'm so frustrated disappointed and disgusted with fnb
