FNB are Lazy !!!!!

FNB paste all their accolades all over the press. Our driver got caught at an ATM by ********s. They drew a large amount cash and then used a POS machine to access the balance that was over the cash limit. I reported it immediately to FNB business and guy sends me a dispute debit order form 😡 I contact FNB ***** and report it…. I honestly did not expect them to credit the cash or even the POS transaction. The least I expected was for them to trace the POS device to see who it belonged as these units must be registered to someone or something to to stop these guys swindling other victims but true to form NOTHING except a letter stating the claim is rejected the mediocrity of FNB prevailed because they don’t loose money…and these people move onto the next victim
