FNB ARE ***********!!!

I asked FNB to delete my account that's causing me not to be able to register another account on FNB online banking. I've spent about R300, i've named and shamed on fb and here on Hellopeter - yet they cannot just bring it to themselves to DO WHAT THE CLIENT WANTS AND NEEDS!

Please DELETE the account SOUND4YOU - which I've NEVER used - so I can get on with my banking life

I've had multiple consultants HANG UP ON ME

I've been putting up messages on Hello peter constantly - and nobody is sorting out my problem. Do you want me to go and take my accounts to another bank?

I get a call REF RH ***8
They guy tells me my account is ready to use and registered.
I believe him - stupidly.

I go on now to register it. STILL SAME ERROR!!!!!!!
