FNB are hypocrits and have no understanding of their clients Covid-19 crises.

Today I received a threatening letter of demand from a woman, Diandra Dawson, at FNB, because we have had no business income since the Lockdown crisis hit SA. FNB thinks it's necessary to call in our overdrafts and the fact that we were unable to meet all our monthly expenses, during a world-wide biological war. Really FNB, can you actually hit us any harder while we are down and trying just to stay positive and survive a situation that none of us chose? Do you really think I am withholding money from you because I feel like causing hassles?! We hardly have food to eat in order to survive, yet alone having to deal with a bank that obviously has no clue on what their clients are going through. You really should teach your staff etiquette on how to deal with this crisis, because what you are advertising in the news and media, and on your website, is a very far cry from the truth of the situation. You are a bunch of hypocrits. I will be moving our 28 accounts to a bank that makes the effort to understand and help 4 profitable businesses and their clients overcome a serious situation until we are able to catch up with our responsibilities. Hang your head in shame FNB, because you are showing exactly how a bank should not treat their clients.
