FNB are hopeless and causes frustration

I am the accountant to a deceased client and co-executer in that estate. Since date of death of the deceased we have been trying to obtain Income tax certificates - IT3b's from FNB for the period 1/3/2023 to 1/10/2023 for the deceased estate with no luck. When we eventually did receive a certificate it was for the whole year and not divided into income up to death and income since death to year-end. FNB are ****** hopeless and just causes a lot of frustration
