FNB ARE GREEDY SHARKS WHO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!!!
I had a business bank account with FNB, but due to lockdown and not being able to generate any income, FNB still deducted their full monthly bank charges. When my business bank account was down to just R700+, I withdrew the remaining funds out of my bank account and went into an FNB branch and asked them to close the bank account. They refused stating that there was insufficient funds to cover their bank charges. Now FNB keep on debiting a bank account that is dormant and are still charging "service fees" and "other fees". FNB, I DEMAND THAT YOU CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND CREDIT ALL THOSE FEES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!

05 Oct 2020, 16:38I received a phone call from an FNB consultant today and found him to be extremely condescending. Asking me if I don't know that I should be paying bank charges!!! How hold does he think I am??? I only pay bank charges on a bank account I use. NOT ON A BANK ACCOUNT I REQUESTED TO BE CLOSED!!! FNB ARE ARROGANT AND MILK THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
