FNB are greedy

I have been a loyal customer of FNB for many years now. Last year I purchased a new car and when I phoned around, Nedbank ended up giving me a much better interest rate. When I queried this with FNB, they could not respond.
I contacted FNB today to discuss a home loan and was given a hard time at the call center when I started discussing the charges. My existing bond is with ABSA and I wanted to move it to FNB, but after the chat I had with the home loans call center I think I will be keeping my bond with ABSA because FNB wants to charge me too much to move it.

It would appear that FNB are making so much money they can afford to turn away customer who are trying to give them business.
