FNB are forcing my business to close!

I pro-actively went into FNB Sandton to update my FICA documents in person. Notwithstanding this, they subsequently froze my account in any event. I have spent the last 4 weeks phoning them on almost a daily basis trying to get them to unfreeze the account. I have sent them every document they have asked for repeatedly. I have asked to have the matter escalated and nothing has happened. A certain Wandile Banada is handling my account yet I have not had one phone call or email from him. I have sent about 10 emails asking for updates, and each time I phone, I'm told he's not available.

In the mean time I have been unable to pay any of my suppliers or salaries. I have now been served summons because of this. FNB - this is truly disgraceful. I have always thought you guys were better than the rest but your unresponsive, unhelpful and utterly destructive approach to dealing with this is embarrassing. As soon as I get the company's money out of the account that you have wrongfully frozen, I will happily go to Beep bank.
