FNB are despicable

I am a NON FNB Paypal Client. I do not wish to change banks. I certainly do not wish to have yet another bank accout, and certainly not with FNB. It took weeks to Register, to FIKA, to be shovelled from pillar to post, to FINALLY get to the stage where I could, actually, draw my money from my PayPal account. Now, we have had another donation. I log on with FNB to access my PayPal account, and guess what? I have to register again. I have to go through all this pain again. I filled in all the forms, over and over, and over. The system keeps on losing my information, I enter it again. At the end of it it tells me that my information is not valid and I need to go to a FNB branch. I do not have the time for this. I work during the hours that the bank operates and my business is a charity and it is important to me.

PLEASE can somebody with a brain, in FNB jack up this system and fix it so that we can use PAYPAL without all the heartache, time wastage, and *******.

Please treat us as human beings.

Reviewer Update

Huray to Pinkie!!! Yet again Pinky has come to my rescue... She did it beautifully, with Style and Efficiency. THANK YOU Pinky. It appears that the problem is that when I registered for PayPal for my charity, Out of the Box, the ladies who did all the FIKA stuff, registered me personally as well as Out of the Box, so everybody keeps looking at the wrong profile when they try to help me. Oi Vey as they say in the classics. Hopefully it is now sorted, once and for all and I will never have to go through any of this ever again and never put you all through it again.
