FNB are ******, ******** and **********. Professionalism is out of the way.

FNB Debited more than they should have, they told me my refund will be in my account in 48 hours, this was on monday morning. it is now wednesday, i still have not received my money and i am missing my debit orders because of this. My credit score is affected. i have had the worse service with FNB. They are well trained ******, the menlyn branch is the worst of them all, the housing department is de*****ing people of their hard earned cash, I am bitterly angry. I want my money.
