FNB are ********

So in August FNB decided to freeze money in my account and pay it back to SARS. My husband and I had very similar returns and have both been having our returns paid into my fnb account for 3 years now. FNB went and said we had broken rules and the money must be paid back into sars. when contacting SARS they dont understand why this was done as it shows as a payment made by me. To date we are struggling to get our money back from sars thanks to FNB. When FNB paid the money to Sars without my consent they took my salary and refused certain debit orders to go through so my salary could be taken.

We are completely disgusted in FNB for doing this to us. I have advised all family and friends to get away from them ASAP as what bank during a pandemic takes money out of your account with out your consent even after proof was provided to them explaining why 2 payments were made in to the account. I was treated like a ******** by FNB where they are the ones at fault, after I had posted on hello peter I had a call where the gentlemen who contacted me got nasty and sarcastic and could not answer any of my questions.

They need to undo what they did as they have no right to do what they did to my family and I.
