FNB are ******. Check your statements regularly you will see. Be warned South Africa, they are not a reputable bank. Go for alternatives like I did.

Guys be warned. FNB is a *******. I took a health insurance cover with them. I lodged claims and they only paid for 2. All the others are still outstanding and when I call they'll ask me when did I submit the claims because it's not showing on their end. Strange. When you submit a claim they reply. I found it strange that every time when I make a follow up they'll ask me those questions. Again, they wanted me to send them blood results...how would I go back to Mthatha to the hospital in my condition? Is it too difficult for them to pick up the phone and call the hospital? At first, it was the bank itself that *****ed me R3000 when I went to withdraw and the ATM wrote there was no money but when I jumped the door there was a notification that R3000 was withdrawn from my account...which was way above my daily limit. These people are making money out of us ungodlessly. I had to stop my salary coming to this bank. Imagine a reputable bank robing you R3000!!!!. How many of us are in tears because of them? Now the health cash back plan followed suite.
