FNB are becoming like SARS & Home Affairs.

FNB is all big talk about being the best bank in the country but they have fallen into the same category as SARS & Home Affairs with their service, and as South Africans, we know how useless and much of a cancer they are to us.

I contacted the FNB business desk to change my business name (for a sole proprietor) as I needed to verify documents for payment gateways, and they got back to me 2 days later asking to provide the new name which I did and since then every single follow up email has been ignored and I have not heard anything back from them as well as the name remains unchanged. then on top of all of that, I then app**** for a "GLOBAL ACCOUNT" to receive international payments and you would think that maybe applying for an account that they would show some interest but no. just the usual no answer. you have banks like TYME Bank that provide better service than this pretentious bank called FNB.
