FNB are ******! Be warned

A day before yesterday, I mistakenly pressed buttons I am not sure of but I noticed that a loan was paid into my account. Immediately, I chatted with FNB for them to reverse it. They told me different stories, Michaela said there'll be no charges. It's so frustrating to know that my bank is cooking is and make profit out of me ungodlessly. I was told there'll be no charge and it's on record on secure chat. Please refund me my hard earned money! At first, about 2 years ago, this bank ****** me R3000 and I believe they are also wondering why I'm still with them.
