FNB are bad when coming to service their clients

I have been using FNB for a long time even took up a home loan with them. On my home loan I've been paying more than what I am supposed to, and i have access funds on my account. It's been 3 weeks going for a fourth week since I sent my application to withdraw the access funds. The call center consultants been sending me pillar to post, no feedback or communications. I have to call to found out on the status of my application. Thinking of even changing to another bank to get better service that i deserve. Won't recommend FNB to anyone looking for better service.
