FNB are a piece of work. What is going on?

FNB has further done the unthinkable... After I tell them they have reflected a negative balance on my ewallet, they have taken the money from my Betway wallet and compensated for the negative balance. I do not understand. I have told them multiple times that I had not received money which I attempted to withdraw from my Betway wallet account nor from my ewallet. I would like my refund/reversal please.
