Fnb are a joke

I have two personal loans on my name. Due to the shutdown I am not earning a salary. I app**** for credit life insurance and the one claim was approved. I phoned back to confirm how it works. They paid the loan 21st April. I phoned loan department to confirm that they would not debit my account and they did. FNB have been nothing but disappointing and terrible in this time of need and I am taking this further. I am beyond disgusted and will definitely look at moving banks
