Waiting on 21 months for my refund of duplicated payment! fnb is a disgrace! as a customer, they can see with their own 2 eyes (if they had a brain they would look and see that the transaction was duplicated) but they want you to suffer! fnb will ***** food money from you and pretend to be helpful! disgusting that they make you wait over 8 weeks for what is yours! and owed!!
