Dear fnb legal department.

Thank you for ruining my life Literally. Whilst you rake in cash my credit score is ****ed thanks to you!

I paid you my bank loan in full and yet you've still got me listed on the itc as it not paid.

You are by far the worst bank.

The consumer act was put in place cause of companies like you.

Please fix your mistake so I can leave this country! I'm sick to death of **** half ****d service

You failed to issue summons after 3 years. In fact the law states if summons is not issued in 3 years you should have s****ped the debt but I paid in full. Lawyer fees included and still four years after payment and settlement letter sent you asshats Quickly take the money but fail to report that the money is paid.

I'm not the only one who's having issues with you. Basically everyone I know has an issue with fnb at some point.

Kindly fix your damage. Some of which is irreversible. ASAP Thanks
